Does this use nvenc? No mention of it in the docs.

Doesn't use nvenc yet.
Didn't get to add the plans page to the LP, probably we should.
There is a free tier for up to 4GB processing monthly and 2GB storage, and a discounted paid plan (49$ monthly) for 400GB processing monthly and 200GB storage
