The National Science Foundation announced Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) awards today. These awards directly fund graduate students across the natural sciences (math, physics, chemistry, biology), engineering, and social sciences.
The number of awards made in 2025 (1000 awards) is LESS THAN HALF the number made in 2024 (2036 awards).
