Many people I know use https://astro.build/ to create impressive landing pages for products or validation. It is fully static by default which is impressive.
I think framer definitely can do the job and if you're a bit more UX/UI passionate Webflow will be your best friend!
Customizing off the shelf designs for Webflow and Framer is quite common.
