The legendary Mojave Phone Booth is back (2013)

Not sure who is operating the number now, but I called it and it texted me this haiku:

  At last I call God
  Waiting for call that won't come
  Receiver's last breath

Fun.

So, neither the phone booth, nor the function of the phone booth, nor the experience of the phone booth, nor the meaning of the phone booth is back.

I called the number and the first words I heard were, "...and the my d*ck gets hard and I have to stop."

I thought someone put the booth back up, seems that was not the case.

Too bad, I believed the booth was piece of "americana" that should have been kept for future generations.
